Factory BIMINI-TOP CANVAS, FRAME and BOOT (with Zippers for OEM front Visor and Curtains, not included) and Mounting Hardware, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 1995-1996 digitized patterns approved by Sea Ray® for the 215 Express Cruiser: 215EC Express Cruiser, No Wakeboard Tower or Radar Arch:
  • Notes:
    • 1995-1996 Sea Ray® 215 Express Cruiser Model Specific Details: Aluminum top frames. The 1995 215EC was actually an early release 1996 model 215EC. The Cockpit Cover goes OVER the windshield and snaps at the base of the windshield in front. Sea Ray® originally offered the 1995-1996 215 Express Cruiser in any Sunbrella® color available, originally offered only in White Vinyl fabric.
    • Product Details: Bimini-Top tubular Framework (and Support Poles if used), Canvas, matching Boot Cover, fittings and mounting hardware (some Boat Manufacturers supplied their own hardware, so we don't supply it then). Bimini-Top canvas has Zippers for Front Visor, Side Curtains (and Aft-Curtains if so equipped). Also called: Boston Whaler "Sun-Top" or Grady White "Vista Top". Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order.
    • Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old. Sea Ray® OEM canvas/covers part numbers: [yySRmmm mm tar-xxxxx-fcc] where [yy] is the model year, [SR] is Sea Ray®, [mmm mm] is the boat model, [t] is the type of window or drive (S=Std-Windshield, W=optional-stainless-Windshield, I=I/O-sterndrive, O=Outboard), [a] is (A)rch or (N)o-arch, [r] is the revision, [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [f] is the fabric (A=Sunbrella® acrylic, S=SeaMark®) and [cc] is the color code. Sea Ray® Hull Identification Number (HIN) = SERpssssmbyy , where [p] = mfg plant, [yy] = model-year.

    • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White GLBT tags p/n [9xSR215 EC IN1 -x0xxx-V98], Sea Ray® p/n [9xxxxx] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The GLBT p/®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with GLBT tags p/n [9xSR215 EC IN1 -x0xxx-V98], Sea Ray® p/n [9xxxxx] ("cc" is the color code).
    3. Fits specified boat and ONLY zips to the factory OEM Curtains.
    4. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Verify that your old and mating canvas has GLBT on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND factory #8 zippers (6 teeth/inch), NOT #10 (5 teeth/inch) which are After-Market zippers.
    5. Check the 1995-1996 Sea Ray® 215 Express Cruiser Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    6. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 215 Express Cruiser prior to 1995.
    7. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 215 Express Cruiser after 1996.
    8. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 1995-1996 Sea Ray® 215 Express Cruiser.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (SERxssssmyxx) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Bimini Top Canvas and Frame Boot, with Zippers (Factory OEM),
    • Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
