2006-2008 Sea Ray® 290 Sundancer Model Specific Details: The Sunshade Top behind the Arch is offered with an angled Sunshade Aft Curtain OR a 'stand-up' Camper Top with Side and Aft Curtains. The Sunshade-Valance zipper strip (included with the Sunshade Fabric and Frame set) also attaches the Sunshade Aft Curtain OR the Camper Side Curtains to the Arch. The Camper Side Curtains have an U-Shaped Zippered (U-Zip, smiley) Window with Screen on each side. The Camper Aft Curtain does NOT have an U-Zip window. The Cockpit Cover for 2006-2007 covers the windshield, 2008 attaches to Top of windshield. Sea Ray® originally offered the 2006-2008 290 Sundancer in Black, Captain Navy (2006-2007 and 2008 Hull Production Numbers below 260DA-1247), Marine Midnight (2008 Hull Production Numbers over 290DA-1258) Sunbrella® OR Contact us for White Stamoid® (the Tops and Valances were originally SeaMark® vinyl-lined Sunbrella®, but are now Sunbrella® to avoid mold issues) fabric.
Product Details: Camper-Top-Frame only (NO Canvas or Curtains). The Camper-Top-Frame is attached to the back (sometimes the front on Bow-Riders or Deck Boats) of a Bimini, Sunshade, Convertible Top or Arch that has its own frame. When combined with Curtains, the Camper-Top fully encloses the back of the boat providing full, protected use of the rear cockpit area at the dock or underway. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order.
Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old.
