Sea Rays with 12-digit Hull Identification Number (HIN) beginning with SERA were made in Arizona for which we do NOT have OEM canvas patterns (this boat was built by Sea Ray in AZ and TN): our Tennessee Sea Ray® Bow Covers, Cockpit Covers and Carpet Runners we offer will fit Arizona boats, however the original Arizona top frame(s) were made by someone else, so our Tennessee Bimini, Sunshade and Camper replacement canvas will NOT fit Arizona frames, AND our Visor, Side or Aft Curtains will NOT zip properly to original Arizona top canvas, BUT ALL Arizona canvas AND frames can typically be replaced as a set, however we do NOT guarantee fit. Sea Ray® originally offered the 2003-2003 240 SDA Sundancer in Black, Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Hunter Green Tweed and Toast Tweed (2002-2003) Sunbrella® (the Tops were originally SeaMark® vinyl-lined Sunbrella®, but are now Sunbrella® to avoid mold issues) fabric.
Product Details: Snaps tightly over the Cockpit area and has Velcro-Lined Cutouts to go around the Bimini-Top AND Camper-Top frames (not included). Comes with one or two (depending on size) Adjustable Aluminum Support Pole(s) with Snap or Grommet (hole) through reinforced area in center of Cockpit-Cover. Cockpit-Cover has 30 to 80 standard 3/8" snaps, depending on the boat. Includes Male Snap-Stud-Screws. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) cover made-to-order.
Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old.
