- 2001-2004 Sea Ray® 290 Bowrider No Arch Model Specific Details: The Cockpit Cover goes OVER the windshield and snaps at the base of the windshield in front. Sea Ray® originally offered the 2001-2004 290 Bowrider No Arch in Black (2002+), Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Hunter Green Tweed and Toast Tweed Sunbrella® (the Bimini Top was originally SeaMark® vinyl-lined Sunbrella®, but is now Sunbrella® to avoid mold issues) fabric.
- Product Details: Snaps tightly over the Cockpit area. Comes with one or two (depending on size) Adjustable Aluminum Support Pole(s) with Snap or Grommet through reinforced area in center of Cockpit-Cover. Cockpit-Cover has 30 to 80 standard 3/8" snaps, depending on the boat. Includes Male Snap-Stud-Screws. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) cover made-to-order.
- Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old. 1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2001,2002,2003,2004} Sea Ray® 290 Bowrider No Arch: 290BR Bowrider, NO Radar Arch or Tower.
2. NO Cut-outs (openings) for raised Bimini, Convertible or Camper Frame UNLESS NOTed in the boat's Model Specific Details.
3. Only fits Factory-Original Windshield, Arch/Tower (if so equipped) setups.
4. Snaps included but NOT installed in canvas, so a Snap Installation Tool is required.
5. Made per Factory-Original specification (many Cockpit-Covers do NOT offer special Cut-Outs).
6. Sea Ray® is the ONLY boat mfgr that offers a choice in Cockpit-Cover Cutouts.
7. Ships in a 42inch x 25inch x 7inch Box weighing approximately 38pounds.

Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (SERxssssmyxx) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Cockpit Cover (Factory OEM),
Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
