Factory Bimini ARCH CONNECTION (Zipper Strip for Track) zips the Back of the Bimini Top canvas (not included) to Track on the Front of the factory installed Radar Arch, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) , Mustang(r) (was Aqualon(tm), which is no longer available) fabric) in Aqualon™ fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2004-2006 digitized patterns approved by Formula® for the 40 PC Arch: F-40PC Performance Cruiser with canvas connected to the factory installed Radar Arch (with a forward Bimini-Top, NOT the Hard-Top):

2004-2006 Formula® 40 PC Arch Model Specific Details: The front 3-panel Hard Top Front Connector (windshield) is made of heaver 40mil (0.040") Sheet vinyl and has Keder Welt that slides into Tracks on the Hard Top above and zips to (3) separate "Zipper Bottoms" strips (included) which snap to the top of the windshield. The center section of the front Connector can be opened for air movement. The Bimini Side Curtains each have separate "Zipper Bottom" strips (included) which zip to the bottom of the Bimini Side Curtains and snap to the top of the windshield. The Camper Aft Curtain has U-shaped zippered Window with Screen in it. Stainless steel Bimini and Camper Frames. Formula® originally offered the 2004-2006 40 PC Arch in Black, Cadet Grey, Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Captain Navy, Marine Blue, Linen, Formula Sapphire (no longer available) or Formula Black Cherry (no longer available) Sunbrella® with Pearlescent (white) Aqualon® Arch Connections (zipper strips), Camper Boot and Camper Side Curtains. Has Polycarbonate (hard) front Connector and 40ga flexible forward Hard Top Side Curtain windows OR contact us for Pearlescent (white) Aqualon® fabric.
Product Details: narrow (1-2 inch wide) Connection (Zipper Strip) has Keder Welt along one edge to slide into track on front of Radar Arch. The other edge is a Zipper to zip to the back of the Bimini-Top canvas (not included) to the connect the Bimini to the front of the Radar Arch.
Formula® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes:A laser-engraved, Black Rubber Tag and a White Canvas Tag are sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), so we need the P/N (Part Number) and DT date code from the Black Tag (or sticker), or the legible Part Numbers from the White Tag if you have them OR we can lookup 2010+ Formula® P/Ns in our system (just enter P/N 123456789 if you don't have any Part Numbers and make up a DT code between 2011 and 2019). Formula® Canvas Zipper Size:
#8 (6 teeth/inch) used up to early 2005 and from 2009 forward,
#10 (5 teeth/inch) used on most (not all) boats from the end of 2005 through the 2008 model year
(it is necessary to check your zipper size when ordering 2005-1008 canvas: simply measure the number of teeth over 2 inches and divide by 2 for accuracy)
. Boot Covers MAY have the Formula® logo embroidered in Silver, Gold, Black or White (Formula specified depending on fabric color). All Formula® frame bows and hardware are Type 316L Stainless Steel. All Formula® Tops are sewn with Gore(®) Tenara(®) Thread to avoid rotting. Most (NOT All) Formula® Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Formula® installed the snaps in the boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). Formula® made their factory OEM Bow, Cockpit and Mooring Covers in-house themselves, so we do NOT have them. We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Formula® boats over 2 years old. OEM canvas part number scheme: [xxxxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Formula® Hull Identication Number (HIN) scheme is TNRsssssmbyy, where [yy] is the model year.

The Ameritex® logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

Will perform as described when installed properly.
