Factory Bimini ARCH CONNECTION (Zipper Strip for Track) zips the Back of the Bimini Top canvas (not included) to Track on the Front of the factory installed Radar Arch, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) , Mustang(r) (was Aqualon(tm), which is no longer available) fabric) in Aqualon™ fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2006-2010 digitized patterns approved by Formula® for the 31 PC: F-31PC Performance Cruiser with Canvas Connecting TO the factory installed, forward facing Radar Arch:

2006-2010 Formula® 31 PC Model Specific Details: There were many changes in 2006-2008, so please provide your PART NUMBERS from your canvas tags, and please measure your ZIPPER SIZE (#8 = 6 teeth/inch or #10=5 teeth/inch) (if your tags are missing, please contact Formula for 2006-2008 boats to get correct part numbers) Type 316L stainless steel top frames. Formula® originally offered the 2006-2010 31 PC in Black, Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Marine Blue, Captain Navy, Cadet Grey, Toast Tweed or Linen Sunbrella® with SeaMark® vinyl lined waterproof Sunbrella® tops and Pearlescent (white) Aqualon® Arch Connections and Boot Covers OR contact us to quote ALL Pearlescent (white) Aqualon® fabric.
Product Details: narrow (1-2 inch wide) Connection (Zipper Strip) has Keder Welt along one edge to slide into track on front of Radar Arch. The other edge is a Zipper to zip to the back of the Bimini-Top canvas (not included) to the connect the Bimini to the front of the Radar Arch.
Formula® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes:A laser-engraved, Black Rubber Tag and a White Canvas Tag are sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), so we need the P/N (Part Number) and DT date code from the Black Tag (or sticker), or the legible Part Numbers from the White Tag if you have them OR we can lookup 2010+ Formula® P/Ns in our system (just enter P/N 123456789 if you don't have any Part Numbers and make up a DT code between 2011 and 2019). Formula® Canvas Zipper Size:
#8 (6 teeth/inch) used up to early 2005 and from 2009 forward,
#10 (5 teeth/inch) used on most (not all) boats from the end of 2005 through the 2008 model year
(it is necessary to check your zipper size when ordering 2005-1008 canvas: simply measure the number of teeth over 2 inches and divide by 2 for accuracy)
. Boot Covers MAY have the Formula® logo embroidered in Silver, Gold, Black or White (Formula specified depending on fabric color). All Formula® frame bows and hardware are Type 316L Stainless Steel. All Formula® Tops are sewn with Gore(®) Tenara(®) Thread to avoid rotting. Most (NOT All) Formula® Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Formula® installed the snaps in the boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). Formula® made their factory OEM Bow, Cockpit and Mooring Covers in-house themselves, so we do NOT have them. We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Formula® boats over 2 years old. OEM canvas part number scheme: [xxxxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Formula® Hull Identication Number (HIN) scheme is TNRsssssmbyy, where [yy] is the model year.

Only fits Factory OEM Arch and Bimini-Top.
Verify white Ameritex® or Taylor-Made® tags on mating Bimini-Top canvas.
Guarantee: We guarantee our factory original (OEM) canvas, frames and covers:
Will be of first rate quality and free of manufacturing defects,
Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,
Will fit the specified boat, as long as the existing and mating canvas and frames are factory original: having part numbers, snaps and zipper size as specified in the Size/Fit and Model-Specific-Information on this page,
Will perform as described when installed properly.
You can count on all of the above or we will repair or replace the item in question.
