SILVER Factory Front BIMINI CONNECTOR Eisenglass Window Set (also called Windscreen, typically 3 front panels, but 1 or 2 on some boats) zips between Bimini-Top (not included) and Windshield. 1999-2000 Formula® 41 PC Ameritex Model Specific Details: Stainless steel Frames. 41PC boats made before 1999jan24 (HIN ending in 'x899' or 'A999') used Taylor Made® canvas (Connector and Side Curtains same color as Bimini Top). 41PC boats made after 1999jan24 (HIN ending in 'B999' or later, 'x900' or 'x000') used Ameritex® canvas (Silver Front Connector and Side Curtains). Type 316L stainless steel top frames. Formula® originally offered the 1999-2000 41 PC Ameritex in Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Cadet Grey, Taupe (no longer available, Formula has replaced this with similar TOAST TWEED) or Linen Sunbrella® fabric with SeaMark® (vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops (Connector and Front Side Curtain offered ONLY in Silver) fabric.
Product Details: Zips to front of Bimini-Top (Not included) and either snaps onto or slides into a track at the top of the windshield. The side typically zip to a pair of Bimini-Side-Curtains (Not included). Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps are included (IF used) but not installed in the canvas. Let us know if you need Clip-On-Windshield-Frame-Snaps or slides into a track at the top of the windshield.
Formula® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes:A laser-engraved, Black Rubber Tag and a White Canvas Tag are sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), so we need the P/N (Part Number) and DT date code from the Black Tag (or sticker), or the legible Part Numbers from the White Tag if you have them OR we can lookup 2010+ Formula® P/Ns in our system (just enter P/N 123456789 if you don't have any Part Numbers and make up a DT code between 2011 and 2019). Formula® Canvas Zipper Size:
#8 (6 teeth/inch) used up to early 2005 and from 2009 forward,
#10 (5 teeth/inch) used on most (not all) boats from the end of 2005 through the 2008 model year
(it is necessary to check your zipper size when ordering 2005-1008 canvas: simply measure the number of teeth over 2 inches and divide by 2 for accuracy)
. Boot Covers MAY have the Formula® logo embroidered in Silver, Gold, Black or White (Formula specified depending on fabric color). All Formula® frame bows and hardware are Type 316L Stainless Steel. All Formula® Tops are sewn with Gore(®) Tenara(®) Thread to avoid rotting. Most (NOT All) Formula® Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Formula® installed the snaps in the boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). Formula® made their factory OEM Bow, Cockpit and Mooring Covers in-house themselves, so we do NOT have them. We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Formula® boats over 2 years old. OEM canvas part number scheme: [xxxxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Formula® Hull Identication Number (HIN) scheme is TNRsssssmbyy, where [yy] is the model year.

Verify AMERITEX or TAYLOR-MADE tags.
Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).

Will be of first rate quality and free of manufacturing defects,
Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,
