  • Notes:
    • 2007-2009 Sea Ray® 270 Amberjack Soft Top Model Specific Details: The Cockpit Cover and goes Over the windshield in 2007 and to the Top of (Not Over) the windshield in 2008-2009. The 2-piece Carpet Runner Set for the 270AJ was originally produced in Sunbrella® Toast-Tweed. Sea Ray® originally offered the 2007-2009 270 Amberjack Soft Top in Black, Captain Navy (2007) and Marine Midnight (2008-2009) Sunbrella® OR Contact us for White Stamoid® (the Bimini Top was originally SeaMark® vinyl-lined Sunbrella®, but is now Sunbrella® to avoid mold issues) fabric.
    • Product Details: The pair of Bimini-Side-Curtains are clear Eisenglass (clear vinyl) windows (port and starboard side included) that zip between the sides of the Bimini-Top and the sides of the windshield or hull. The Side-Curtains either snap onto or slide into tracks on the back edges of the windshield (and hull in many cases), The Side-Curtains have Zippers on the top (for the Bimini), front (to connect to the front Visor) and back edge (to the Arch, Bimini-Aft-Curtain or Camper-Side-Curtains if so equipped) to form part of a complete eisenglass enclosure. Bimini-Top, Visor and other Curtains are NOT included. Often part of "Weather Enclosure". Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order.
    • Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old.     • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White GLBT tags p/n [0ySR270 AJ SAr -xxxxx-fcc xxxxW/S-TOP xxxxx] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The GLBT p/®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

    3. ONLY zips to Factory OEM Bimini-Top and Visor with GLBT tags.
    4. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Verify that your old and mating canvas has GLBT on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND factory #8 zippers (6 teeth/inch), NOT #10 (5 teeth/inch) which are After-Market zippers.
    5. Stainless Steel Snaps included but NOT installed in canvas, Snap Tool required.
    6. Check the 2007-2009 Sea Ray® 270 Amberjack Soft Top Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    7. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 270 Amberjack Soft Top prior to 2007.
    8. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 270 Amberjack Soft Top after 2009.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (SERxssssmyxx) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Bimini Side-Curtains (Factory OEM),
    • Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
