1996-2001 Sea Ray® 420 Aft Cabin Model Specific Details: Zippers are size #10 (5 teeth per inch). The Bimini Enclosure has U-Zip panels which zip open. U-Zip panels with screen are offered as an option on the Aft Enclosure (per panel/curtain). This Bimini Top and Bimini-Enclosure are for the Bimini with two(2) front curtain panels only. If your Bimini Front-Curtain has 3 curtain panels, let us know and we will get the price for that setup. We need your Hull Identification Number (HIN) AND Sea Ray Hull Production Number to determine the correct canvas for your Sea Ray. The 12-digit HIN begins with (SERP) and is located on your registration papers and embossed on the starboard side of your transom. The Sea Ray Hull Production Number is (located below the HIN on the transom, and will look like 420ACxxx. Sea Ray® originally offered the 1996-2001 420 Aft Cabin in Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Hunter Green Tweed (no longer available in SeaMark), Linen Tweed (1996-1999) and Toast Tweed (2000-2001) Sunbrella® (or RECacril®) with SeaMark® (or RECwater®)(vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops and 40ga Strataglass® windows OR Contact us for White Stamoid® fabric.
Product Details: Replaces worn, damaged or old Bimini-Top-Canvas. Canvas only with Zippers for Front Visor, Side-Curtains (and Aft-Drop-Curtain if so equipped). No Frame, Visor, Curtains, Boot or Valance included - sold separately. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order and shipped from Boatswains Locker.
Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old. Please verify that old canvas has "Boatswains Locker" label on it.
Will NOT fit any other, after market frame made by someone else.
Warranty: BLI™ stands behind our products with a one-year workmanship warranty, and will respond in a reasonable amount of time to any concerns or questions customers may have regarding a specific product, application or fabric and repair any such defects (such as sewing) found upon delivery.
