Factory Snap-On BOW COVER with Adjustable Aluminum Support Pole and reinforced Snap for Pole Alignment in Center of Cover on Larger Bow-Covers, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2011-2015 digitized patterns approved by Chaparral® for the 287 SSX Radar Arch: 287SSX with factory installed, forward facing Radar Arch:

Notes:
- 2011-2015 Chaparral® 287 SSX Radar Arch Model Specific Details: The front Connector has 3 panels that zip together which can be zipped open independently of each other. The front connector and Side Curtains snap to the top of the windshield. None of the Curtains or front Connector panels have zip-open windows or screens. The forward Bimini Top Boot Cover does NOT have a logo on it. The aft Camper Top Boot cover HAS the Chaparral® logo embroidered on it. The Cockpit Cover goes over the windshield and has cutouts to go around the Bimini and Camper top frame mounting points so they can be left up when using the Cockpit Cover. Chaparral® provided the mounting hardware for the stainless steel Bimini and Camper Top frames, so we do not have this hardware. Chaparral® originally offered the 2011-2015 287 SSX Radar Arch in Black, Marine Blue, Linen Tweed, Jockey Red, Dubonnet Tweed or Sunflower Yellow Sunbrella® fabric.
- Product Details: Covers open bow area. Bow-Cover has 25 to 60 standard 3/8" snaps, depending on the boat. Includes Male Snap-Stud-Screws. Premium (extra cost) Sunbrella colors are: Jockey Red, Yellow, Logo Red, Burgundy, and Orange.
- Chaparral® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: A laser-engraved, Black Rubber Tag and a White Canvas Tag are sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), so we need the P/N (Part Number) and DT date code from the Black Tag (or sticker). Zippers on OEM Chaparral® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Most (NOT All) Boot-Covers have Black or White embroidered Chaparral® logo. Most (NOT All) Chaparral® Bimini and Camper Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Chaparral® installed the snaps in the boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Chaparral® boats over 2 years old. OEM canvas part number scheme: Ameritex® or Taylor-Made® tags where [xxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Chaparral® HIN = FGBsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the 2011-2015 Chaparral® 287 SSX Radar Arch: 287SSX with factory installed, forward facing Radar Arch.
2. Stainless Steel Snaps included but NOT installed in canvas, Snap Tool required.
3. This will allow for a perfect field fit.
4. Check the 2011-2015 Chaparral® 287 SSX Radar Arch Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
5. Does NOT fit Chaparral® 287 SSX Radar Arch prior to 2011.
6. Does NOT fit Chaparral® 287 SSX Radar Arch after 2015.

- Will be of first rate quality and free of manufacturing defects,
- Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,
- Will fit the specified boat, as long as the existing and mating canvas and frames are factory original: having part numbers, snaps and zipper size as specified in the Size/Fit and Model-Specific-Information on this page,
- Will perform as described when installed properly.

Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (FGBsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Bow Cover (Factory OEM),
Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
