1998-2002 Sea Ray® 450 Express Bridge Model Specific Details: Verify that your Bimini-Top Frame has a score inscribed around the very center of the frame bows. Zippers are size #10 (5 teeth per inch). The Complete Set of Bimini Top, Bridge Enclosure and Sunshade Top includes the Sunshade Filler Panel which goes in front of the Sunshade between the upper deck floor and the seat rail above (rectangle piece to stop the rain). Please email us for the Sunshade-Top Filler-Panel alone. We need your Hull Identification Number (HIN) AND Sea Ray Hull Production Number to determine the correct canvas for your Sea Ray: the 12-digit HIN (SERPxxxxxxxx) is on your registration papers and embossed on the starboard side of your transom, and the Sea Ray Hull Production Number (450EB-xxx) is embossed below the HIN on the transom. Sea Ray® originally offered the 1998-2002 450 Express Bridge in Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Hunter Green Tweed (no longer available) and Toast Tweed Sunbrella® (or RECacril®) with SeaMark® (or RECwater®)(vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops and 40ga Strataglass® windows fabric.

Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old.
