Zippers are size #10 (5 teeth per inch). Lift-The-DOT® fastenerUses Lift-The-DOT® fasteners at the bottom of each canvas panel, and around the Windshield and Side Window Covers. Sea Ray® originally offered the 1998-2004 480 Sedan Bridge in Black (2002-2004), Mediterranean Blue Tweed (1999-2004), Sapphire Blue Tweed (1998, no longer available), Hunter Green Tweed (no longer available in SeaMark), Linen Tweed (1998-1999) and Toast Tweed (2000-2004) Sunbrella® (or RECacril®) with SeaMark® (or RECwater®)(vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops and 40ga Strataglass® windows OR Contact us for White Stamoid (Email) fabric.

    • Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old.     3. Fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top.
    4. Verify "Boatswains Locker" label on existing canvas).
    5. Will NOT connect to after-market (custom) canvas.
    6. Stainless Steel Snaps included but NOT installed in canvas (to allow perfect alignment on install), need Snap Tool.

    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Bridge Hard-Top Full Enclosure, Strataglass® windows (Factory OEM),
