2011-2013 Chaparral® 290 Signature Canvas To Arch Model Specific Details: The Bimini Top has Keder Welt (on the back edge) which slides into the track on the front edge of the Arch (no Connection Zipper Strip for Bimini). The Camper Top zips to the Camper Top Arch Connection (Zipper Strip) which has Keder Welt along the front edge which slides into the track on the back of the Arch. The front Connector has 3 panels that zip together. The Camper Aft Curtain attaches to the transom with Bunjis and has 3 panels: the Port panel zips open to walk through the transom door and the Center panel has an upside down U-Shaped zippered window. Chaparral® originally offered the 2011-2013 290 Signature Canvas To Arch in Black, Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Marine Blue, Linen Tweed, Dubonnet Tweed or Burgundy Sunbrella® with SeaMark® (vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops fabric.
Product Details: Aft portion of the Camper-Top canvas which is an enclosure attached to the back of a Forward Bimini, Convertible Top or Arch that has its own frame. When combined with Curtains, the Camper-Top fully encloses the back of the boat providing full, protected use of the rear cockpit area at the dock or underway. The Aft-Curtain has 25 to 60 standard 3/8" snaps or bungee cords, depending on the boat. Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps are included (If used) but not installed in the canvas. Let us know if you need SS Snap-Stud-Screws to screw into the boat. The boat manufacturer and RNR-Marine™ do not recommend operating the boat with the aft-curtain in place, due to dangerous fuel and exhaust fumes.
Chaparral® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes:A laser-engraved, Black Rubber Tag and a White Canvas Tag are sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), so we need the P/N (Part Number) and DT date code from the Black Tag (or sticker). Zippers on OEM Chaparral® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Most (NOT All) Boot-Covers have Black or White embroidered Chaparral® logo. Most (NOT All) Chaparral® Bimini and Camper Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Chaparral® installed the snaps in the boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Chaparral® boats over 2 years old. OEM canvas part number scheme: Ameritex® or Taylor-Made® tags where [xxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Chaparral® HIN = FGBsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

ONLY zips to Factory OEM Camper Top and Side-Curtains.
Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).
Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps are included (IF used) but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow for a perfect fit), so a Snap-Tool Will be required.

Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,

Will perform as described when installed properly.
