1994-1998 Sea Ray® 440 Express Bridge Model Specific Details: Zippers are size #10 (5 teeth per inch). We need your Hull Identification Number (HIN) AND Sea Ray Hull Production Number to determine the correct canvas for your Sea Ray. The 12-digit HIN begins with (SERP) and is located on your registration papers and embossed on the starboard side of your transom. The Sea Ray Hull Production Number is located below the HIN on the transom, and will look like 440EBxxx. Sea Ray® originally offered the 1994-1998 440 Express Bridge in Charcoal Tweed (1994-1995), Royal Blue Tweed (1994-1998), Sapphire Blue Tweed (1998, no longer available), Teal Tweed (1996-1998) and Linen Tweed (1996-1998) Sunbrella® (or RECacril®) with SeaMark® (or RECwater®)(vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops and 40ga Strataglass® windows OR Contact us for White Stamoid® fabric.

Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old.
