Factory Hard Top AFT CURTAIN connects from Hard-Top to Transom, typically with Strataglass(r) window(s), OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2008-2014 digitized patterns approved by Monterey® for the 400 Sport Yacht: 400SY Sport Yacht with factory installed Hard-Top:

    • 2008-2014 Monterey® 400 Sport Yacht Model Specific Details: The Hard-Top-Aft-Curtain set is (7) pieces and includes: a) (4) Aft pieces, with walk-trrough at transom door on the starboard side o fthe transom, b) a Window with U-Zip in the Center section, c) the Valance (zipper strip) to attach it the the Hard-Top and d) the (2) Triangular Side Pieces. We have all of the other OEM canvas for this boat, but they are not in our online database yet. Please EMAIL with your boat's Year and the pieces you need. Monterey® originally offered the 2008-2014 400 Sport Yacht in Black and Captain Navy Sunbrella® with 30mil Strataglass® windows fabric.
    • Product Details: Mounts under Rear of Hard-Top with Plastic or Aluminum Tracks (included as needed) and SS Snap-Stud-Screws. Extends to back of boat. The Hard-Top Aft-Curtain may have 25 to 60 standard 3/8" snaps or bungee cords, depending on the boat. Snaps included. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order and shipped from Boatswains Locker.
    • Monterey® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: TAGSFor Ameritex® (Not Great Lakes or BLI®) canvas, covers & frames: A laser-engraved, black rubber tag is sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), and the only way we are able to manufacture the exact canvas, cover or frame specific to your boat is if you provide the part number (P/N) on that tag. We will require the P/N (112350xxx and Greater) and DT date code fromthe tag (or sticker). WE WILL MAKE THIS EXACT PART NUMBER, so there are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Zippers on OEM Monterey® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Monterey® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Monterey® boats over 2 years old. Monterey® OEM canvas part number scheme: tags, where [xxxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Monterey® Hull Identification Number (HIN)= RGFsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with BLI® tags p/n [yyMT400SY Hx-1xxxx-xxfcc] ("cc" is the color code).
    3. Fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top and Side-Curtains perfectly.
    4. Verify "Boatswains Locker" label on existing canvas).
    5. Will NOT fit after-market top or canvas.
    6. Stainless Steel Snaps included but NOT installed in canvas (to allow perfect alignment on install), need Snap Tool.
    7. Check the 2008-2014 Monterey® 400 Sport Yacht Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    8. Does NOT fit Monterey® 400 Sport Yacht prior to 2008.
    9. Does NOT fit Monterey® 400 Sport Yacht after 2014.
    10. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2008-2014 Monterey® 400 Sport Yacht.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (RGFsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Hard Top Aft-Curtain, Strataglass® windows (Factory OEM),
    • Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
