  • Notes:
    • 2007-2008 Robalo® 305WA Model Specific Details: Canvas re-patterned for 2-inch shorter 2008 model Hard-Top in July 2007 from p/n [106xxxccc] to [109xxxccc]. We need your old canvas part number(s) for R305 built in 2007 as Robalo often used older (taller) 2007 Hard-Tops on boats up through at least September 2007 for the 2008 model year. Robalo® originally offered the 2007-2008 305WA in Black or Marine Blue Sunbrella® fabric.
    • Product Details: Flexible Glass fits between Hard-Top and Windshield or Console (typically with Zip-Open Windows) Also called "Windshield", "Spray-Shield" or "Visor". Mounts under Front of Hard-Top with Plastic or Aluminum Tracks and SS Snap-Stud-Screws, Clip-On-Windshield-Frame-Snaps or slides into a track at the top of the windshield.
    • Robalo® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: TAGSA laser-engraved, Black Rubber Tag and a White Canvas Tag are sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), so we need the P/N (Part Number) and DT date code from the Black Tag (or sticker). All Ameritex® canvas/covers are made from the original digitized patterns approved by Robalo® when the canvas/cover was prototyped. Some boats were modified by Robalo® after initial design. By ordering, you agree to a WAIVER acknowledging that 1) you have been informed of the potential modifications and 2) Ameritex® and RNR-Marine™ are relieved of any issues related to fit. Our normal warranty for quality of workmanship and materials still stands. Zippers on OEM Robalo® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Most (NOT All) Robalo® Bimini Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Robalo® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Robalo® boats over 2 years old. Robalo® OEM canvas part number scheme: Ameritex® tags p/n [xxxxxxccc], where [xxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Robalo® Hull Identification Number (HIN) = ROBsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.
    • Factory OEM canvas: Ameritex® tags p/n [106xxxccc thru 6/07 and Cockpit Cover] or [109xxxccc 7/07 forward]
    • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White Ameritex® tags p/n [106xxxccc thru 6/07 and Cockpit Cover] or [109xxxccc 7/07 forward] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The Ameritex®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

  • Size/Fit:
    1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2007,2008} Robalo® 305WA: R305 walk around cuddy with factory installed Fiberglass Hard-Top.
    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with Ameritex® tags p/n [106xxxccc thru 6/07 and Cockpit Cover] or [109xxxccc 7/07 forward] ("ccc" is the color code).
    3. Fits Factory installed Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top and OEM Side-Curtains perfectly.
    4. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Ameritex Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).
    5. Will NOT fit after-market top or canvas.
    6. Mounts to front of Hard-Top via Hard-Top-Connection (Zipper Strip) or directly with Keder Welt which slides into Plastic or Aluminum Tracks.
    7. Attaches to windshield with Clip-On-Windshield-Frame-Snaps, Stainless steel Snap-Stud-Screws or Keder Welt that slides into a track on the top of the windshield.
    8. Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps are included (IF used) but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow for a perfect fit), so a Snap-Tool may be required.
    9. Check the 2007-2008 Robalo® 305WA Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    10. Does NOT fit Robalo® 305WA prior to 2007.
    11. Does NOT fit Robalo® 305WA after 2008.
    12. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2007-2008 Robalo® 305WA.

    • Will be of first rate quality and free of manufacturing defects,
    • Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,

    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Hard Top Connector (Factory OEM),
