    • 2003-2005 Sea Ray® 500 Sundancer Model Specific Details: Arch Valances included with Tops. Zippers are size #10 (5 teeth per inch). We did not make a Windshield Cover for the 2003-2005 500DA: Sea Ray® may have made one in house themselves, but we do not have it. Sea Ray® originally offered the 2003-2005 500 Sundancer in Black, Captain Navy (2004-2005) and Toast Tweed Sunbrella® (or RECacril®)and 40mil Strataglass® windows OR Contact us for White Stamoid® fabric.
    • Product Details: Pair of Strataglass® Side-Curtains (2 pieces) fit between Hard-Top and Windshield and/or hull. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order and shipped from Boatswains Locker® .
    • Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old. Sea Ray® OEM canvas/covers part numbers: [yySRmmm mm tar-xxxxx-fcc] where [yy] is the model year, [SR] is Sea Ray®, [mmm mm] is the boat model, [t] is the type of window or drive (S=Std-Windshield, W=optional-stainless-Windshield, I=I/O-sterndrive, O=Outboard), [a] is (A)rch or (N)o-arch, [r] is the revision, [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [f] is the fabric (A=Sunbrella® acrylic, S=SeaMark®) and [cc] is the color code.   • Size/Fit:
    1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2003,2004,2005} Sea Ray® 500 Sundancer: 500DA Sundancer with factory installed Hard-Top (International 525DA), HIN: SERY xxxxxxxx (Sykes Creek FL plant).
    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with BLI® tags p/n [0ySR500DA H1 -xxxxx-xxxcc] ("cc" is the color code).
    3. Fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top and OEM Side-Curtains perfectly (verify white "Boatswains Locker" label on existing canvas).
    4. Will NOT fit after-market top or canvas.
    5. Slides (using Keder Welt) into Flex-A-Rail™ Plastic or Aluminum Trackson sides of Hard-Top.
    6. Attaches to windshield with Clip-On-Windshield-Frame-Snaps, Stainless steel Snap-Stud-Screws or Keder Welt that slides into a track on the top of the windshield.
    7. Snaps are included, but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow perfect alignment on install), so you will need a Snap Installation Tool for snaps (includes male snap-screw-studs OR windshield clip-on snaps if needed).
    8. Check the 2003-2005 Sea Ray® 500 Sundancer Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    9. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 500 Sundancer prior to 2003.
    10. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 500 Sundancer after 2005.
