2000-2002 Grady White® Tournament 223 Model Specific Details: For Hard Top models older than around 2005, we will need your original Hard Top Curtains to use as a pattern (many patterns were destroyed during Hurricane Floyd flooding in 1999), which will take 3 weeks upon receipt of the old curtains. Hard Top canvas is sold online as a complete set, but email us for individual pieces. Product Details:Complete enclosure for Hard-Top made with Sunbrella® or Stamoid® fabric and Strataglass® flexible 40mil (0.040 inch thick, also called 40 gage) coated clear vinyl glass:
Front-Windshield-Visor-Set (1, 2 or 3 panels) slides into track(s) on the Hard-Top (or snaps in rare cases) and snap to the top of the Windshield (or slide into tracks on some models). The Front Window Set may OR may not have zip-open U-shaped windows, dependng on year. The front Windows/Visor are sometimes called [Visor], [Front Curtain], [Windshield Connector] or [Spray-Shield].
Pair of Side-Curtains slide into tracks on the Hard-Top (or snaps in rare cases), snap to the top of the Windshield (or slide into tracks on some models) and zip the the back edges of the Front-Windshield-Visor-Set above. The Side-Curtains may OR may not have zip-open U-shaped windows, dependng on year.
Aft-Drop-Curtain slides into track(s) (or snaps in rare cases) on the back of the Hard-Top, zips to the Side-Curtains and snaps to (or near) the floor to fully enclose the helm area. The Aft-Drop-Curtain zips open to walk through and can be rolled and fastened at the top to stay open.

Grady White® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes:4/13/22: We are now selling factory original (OEM) replacement canvas for Grady White Walk-Around-Cuddy, Dual Console and Large Center Console boats with Hard-Tops or T-Tops now: 1) We are ONLY selling Covers (Aft Tonneau, Bow or Helm), T-Top canvas, Complete T-Top Curtain Sets, and Complete Hard-Top Curtain Sets (Visor, Side Curtains and Aft Curtain), and 2) you will need to send us your existing Canvas Set or Cover to use as patterns (we can return these if you like, at your cost), and 3) Lead times for this canvas can vary by a few weeks based on Grady White's new boat production demand. Canvas and covers for Vista Bimini Top boats use #8 (6 teeth per inch) zippers. Canvas and covers for Hard Top boats use larger #10 (5 teeth per inch) zippers. We have Grady White® factory OEM HARD-TOP Visors, Curtains and Covers back to the 1980s. Grady White® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with Bimini: GLBT tags p/n [0yGW223 T SNr -x0xxx-Acc], Grady White® p/n [20-91x]; Hard-Top: AandJ® tags ("cc" is the color code).
Fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top and OEM Visor, Side-Curtains and Aft-Drop-Curtain perfectly (verify A&J or Grady-White label on existing canvas).
The zippers on this canvas are #10 (5 teeth per inch), NOT #8 (6 teeth per inch) as used on all of our canvas for other boat other manufacturers (which is NOTed incorrectly below).
Snaps are included, but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow perfect alignment on install), so you will need a Snap Installation Tool for snaps (includes male snap-screw-studs OR windshield clip-on snaps if needed).

Will be of first rate quality and free of manufacturing defects,
Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,
Will fit the specified boat, as long as the existing and mating canvas and frames are factory original: having part numbers, snaps and zipper size as specified in the Size/Fit and Model-Specific-Information on this page,
Will perform as described when installed properly.
You can count on all of the above or we will repair or replace the item in question.
Warranty: Grady White® specifies large #10 (5 teeth per inch) zippers on all canvas and covers, NOT #8 (smaller, 6 teeth per inch) like canvas for other boat manufacturers. A&J Canvas™ warrants its work against defects and will repair any such defects (such as sewing) found upon delivery.
