Factory SUNPAD COVER for factory Sunpad (not included) on front deck, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2009-2016 digitized patterns approved by Sea Ray® for the 470 Sundancer: 470DA Sundancer with solid, wrap around windshield:
  • Notes:
    • 2009-2016 Sea Ray® 470 Sundancer Model Specific Details: The (2) center panels of the Aft Curtain have windows in them. Windows can be added to the other panels at an additional cost of $250/panel. Sea Ray® originally offered the 2009-2016 470 Sundancer in Black, Marine Midnight (no longer available, select Captain Navy, Navy or Black instead, but these will not match original Marine Midnight) and Pewter (2010-2012) or Taupe (2013-2016) Sunbrella® with 40ga (0.040") thick clear vinyl (eisenglass) windows, Black Phifertex® Windshield Shade fabric.
    • Product Details: Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Sunpad-Cover goes over Sunpad (cushions with fabric on bow of boat) to protect them from sun and dirt. Made-to-order and shipped from Boatswains Locker®.
    • Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old. Sea Ray® OEM canvas/covers part numbers: [yySRmmm mm tar-xxxxx-fcc] where [yy] is the model year, [SR] is Sea Ray®, [mmm mm] is the boat model, [t] is the type of window or drive (S=Std-Windshield, W=optional-stainless-Windshield, I=I/O-sterndrive, O=Outboard), [a] is (A)rch or (N)o-arch, [r] is the revision, [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [f] is the fabric (A=Sunbrella® acrylic, S=SeaMark®) and [cc] is the color code. Sea Ray® Hull Identification Number (HIN) = SERpssssmbyy , where [p] = mfg plant, [yy] = model-year.

  • Size/Fit:
    1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2009,2010,2011,2012,2013,2014,2015,2016} Sea Ray® 470 Sundancer: 470DA Sundancer with solid, wrap around windshield.
    2. We usually need your old Sunpad-Cover to use as a template to insure proper fit.
    3. This is NOT the Sunpad.
    4. This is NOT a replacement cover for the Sunpad.
    5. This IS a separate cover that snaps OVER the entire Sunpad.
    6. The Sunpad itself is only available from the boat manufacturer/dealer.
    7. Check the 2009-2016 Sea Ray® 470 Sundancer Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    8. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 470 Sundancer prior to 2009.
    9. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 470 Sundancer after 2016.
    10. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2009-2016 Sea Ray® 470 Sundancer.

    • Will be of first rate quality and free of manufacturing defects,
    • Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,
    • Will fit the specified boat, as long as the existing and mating canvas and frames are factory original: having part numbers, snaps and zipper size as specified in the Size/Fit and Model-Specific-Information on this page,
    • Will perform as described when installed properly.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (SERxssssmyxx) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Sunpad Cover (Factory OEM),
