2002-2005 Sea Ray® 680 Sun Sport Model Specific Details: We have the canvas for this boat, but it is not yet listed/priced on our web-site. Please Email for prices. Zippers are size #10 (5 teeth per inch). Sea Ray® originally offered the 2002-2005 680 Sun Sport in Sunbrella® (or RECacril®) with SeaMark® or RECwatef® (vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops and 40ga Strataglass® windows OR Contact us for White Stamoid® fabric.
Product Details: Custom Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) mesh Windshield Cover (Only cover front Windshield, does NOT cover windows on the side of the salon or include SIDE-WINDOW-SHADE-COVERS which may be offered). We can also make this in ANY color for more privacy at night. Typically offered in Black, but White is more reflective and reduces heat (often by 20degrees F in the Florida sun) inside the boat. Made-to-order and shipped from Boatswains Locker®.
Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old.
