Solid construction
To ensure strength, the frame is formed from a single, 20 foot piece of highly polished,
0.065 inch thick wall AISI type 304L stainless steel tubingTIG welded to polished AISI type 316 stainless steel cast fittings.
The fittings are welded to the tubing using a state-of-the art
Swagelok(r) Orbital Computer Controlled Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welder,
just like NASA, aircraft manufacturers, ship builders, chemical and nuclear plants use
for high quality, consistent, near perfect welds.
Simply requires a 3/16" allen wrench, a medium phillips screwdriver and a 7/16" box or open end wrench.
Attaches to your windshield grab rails with (2) split jaw slides,
and the rear legs attach with (2) split jaw slides for grab rails:
