To ensure strength, the frame is formed from a single, 20 foot piece of highly polished,
0.065 inch thick wall AISI type 304L stainless steel tubingTIG welded to polished AISI type 316 stainless steel cast fittings.
The fittings are welded to the tubing using a state-of-the art
Swagelok® Orbital Computer Controlled Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welder,
just like NASA, aircraft manufacturers, ship builders, chemical and nuclear plants use
for high quality, consistent, near perfect welds.
Polished stainless steel clamp-on rod holders can be mounted on sides (as shown) for out of the way rod storage.

T-Topless is a sturdy, folding, welded stainless steel T-Top which installs in an hour and
raises, lowers or removes in seconds allowing the owner to keep their center console boat in a garage or
under a boat cover or their rigid inflatable boat (RIB) in a yacht bay.
Nine size combinations, an integrated navigation light and availability in any Sunbrella® canvas color produce a custom look and feel.
Frame: NC formed, polished 304L tubing NC orbital TIG welded to 316 fittings with
forward facing "Visor" and center "Top Bow" bar for improved shape and rigidity.
All components factory assembled and welded. Stablizer bar mounted for port or starboard helm configuration.
Light: USCG approved Perko® all-around Nav-Lite above canvas to avoid glare,
with Ancor® marine grade 14AWG tinned copper jacketed wiring hidden inside frame.
Connects via male/female pin connectors to 36" instrument panel connection lead.
